For my Cinema and TV Project capstone course, I got to co-direct a short documentary about the struggles of Chinese international students transitioning into the U.S, coping with the new environment, and deal with mental illness in a community that stigmatizes it.

It was a rewarding experience to make a film about students who are dismissed for being privileged and wealthy yet struggle to mingle with their peers and deal with homesickness, depression, isolation, and negative coping mechanism skills.
